Comprehensive Planning List

To help us create an accurate and thorough Financial Plan for you, we will need you to provide us with the following documents:

    • Recent Income Tax Return
    • CRA Notice of Assessment
    • Pension Statement (CPP and others)
    • Insurance Policies (life, disability, etc)
    • RRSP Statements
    • Tax Free Account statements
    • Non-Registered Investment Statements
    • Mortgage Statements (Principal residence as well as rental properties)
    • Recent Loan/Credit Card Statement
    • Recent Bank Account Statement (not necessary, but please let us know if you have an emergency fund)
    • Employee Benefits Plan Booklet
    • Will and Power of Attorney
